Quanzhou Bangni is the leading manufacturer of functional insoles, polyurethane insoles and foot care products to multiple customers and brands in different countries.  We are committed to design, development and production of creative and ergonomic insole products. our product ranges are: orthotic insoles, PU insoles, boost insoles, Poron/gel foot care products and heat moldable insoles. In here, we offer in-house graphics design, product design, mould making, sample making, products manufacturing, packaging solution and shipping service. We also have very strong capabilities in OEM and ODM. Our factory is a 7500 M2 production center with over 100 employees.  With our stable and diversified supply channel, we can quickly turn customers’ idea into products. Also by applying our mature manufacturing technology, we can soon make the products into high-effective production.

1. Daily broadcast: we encourage our workers to use their free time to write down their experience, their suggestion or their feeling about work, company or life. We have a daily meeting at the early of the day at that time, we will invite our worker to broad his / her essays. At the end of the year, we will collect all the good essays to publish one yearly book- BANGNI VOICE

2. Monthly magazine: each month, our publicity dept will publish one brochure to update all the progress our company made and all activates.

3. Team building activities: playing games, communicating with each other or just having a relaxing meal.
